48-hour Cancellation Policy
Bookings are secured with credit or debit card details; full payment will be due upon arrival at the hotel. Our cancellation policy is 48 hours before check in, after this time, your card will be charged for the first night’s stay.

It may be possible to negotiate group discounts for bookings of more than 20 rooms.

Lost Property
Please be aware that all property left at the hotel that is not claimed within one month will be donated to a charity shop.
