On the South Coast, just 6 miles away, you will find Royal St. Georges Golf Club, venue of the British Open. The Walpole is a recommended venue for accommodation when The Open is being held at Royal St. Georges.

Sister course to Royal St. Georges and previous venue to the Open is Princess Golf Club. Also North Foreland Golf Club, qualifying course for The Open. Both clubs have excellent amenities and wonderful catering facilities to make your golfing break in East Kent a must.

With over 20 courses to choose from within half an hours travel from the Walpole, East Kent offers the best of golfing conditions all year around.
